Evaluation of F4 Individuals Belong to Seri 82 × B35 Bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Cross Population Using Functional DNA Markers

چکیده
Bu?day üretiminde yayg?n olarak görülen sar? pas hastal??? önemli verim kay?plar?na yol açmaktad?r. Bu çal??mada, pasa dayan?kl? B35 yerel ekmeklik bu?day genotipi ile hassas olan Seri 82 çe?idinin melezlenmesi sonucunda elde edilen F4 bitkileri ve ebeveynler kullan?lm??t?r. Genotipler gluten mukavemeti (Glu-B1), vernalizasyon (Vrn-A1), bodurluk (Rht8, uzun Rht-B1a & Rht-D1a k?sa RhtB1b &Rht-D1b), yüksek protein oran? (Gpc-B1), dane sertli?i, (Yr51), kara (Sr49), çavdar translokasyonu mumsuluk (Wx-A1) özelliklerine ait allel spesifik markörler karakterize edilmi?tir. genotiplerinde 16 DNA marköründen 39 adet polimorfik bant edilmi?, ortalama say?s? 2.4, polimorfizm bilgi içeri?i (PIC) de?eri 0.52 tespit En (6) VRN1AF marköründe, en dü?ük (1) Sun104 UHW89 markörlerinde Sar? dayan?kl?l?k geni Yr51 (Sun104 markörü) 82×B35-1 5, Sr49 (Sun479 82×B35-1, 2, 3, 4, 5 6, (Sun209 B35, genleri (BF-MR1 (DF2-WR2 82×B35-2, 4 Rht8 (WMS261 translokasyon (NOR 3 (RIS 82, 6 markörlerine göre yap?lm?? dendrogram, ebevynlerin bireylerine benzerli?inin % 54 oran?nda oldu?unu, 82×B35-3 genotiplerinin 95 oran?yla birbirine benzer genotipler oldu?unu ortaya koymu?tur.
